You have to try this! | You have to try this! | By Charles Parks | Got one stick of butter that I've melted. Drizzle it down in our nine by 13 casserole dish. Mm. Now I've got two cups of graham cracker crumbs. Look at that. And I'm going to get those around here. Oh wow. Looks good. In the refrigerator. Okay. Okay, we're just going to set this in here while we're doing the other steps. Mm hmm. And get our bowl out of the freezer where we had it chilling. Oh. To make our whip topping. And they say chilling, it makes it a little better, right? Yes. You're going to take one cup of heavy whipping cream. Put it in your bowl. Mm hmm. And you're going to beat this until at medium speed until a soft pink form. Okay. We got it stiff. Set it aside. We're going to bring in our 16 ounces of cream cheese soften. Mhm. We're going to add a fourth a cup of white sugar. And a teaspoon of vanilla. And then we're going to blend it together. Is it just supposed just all everything whipped together nice. Everything whipped together nice. Then you're going to combine the two. Okay. Once you've got that all done. Looks like icing to me. You know it really smells good too. I know. Oh I did that. And we're going to take this whipped topping we have right here and we're actually going to mix these together. Yes. Look at that. You got it? Sorry. You good? Yeah. I was trying to hold it but I was trying to get my hand out of the way. That's fine. It looks like it's going to be pretty good. Okay now you're going to just take those two. Uh huh. And mix them together. And Kim and I learned this is called folding. Cuz you don't want to mix it to make it into a liquid at all. You just want to fold it together. Yeah and I believe I slopped you. Now you're going to divide it into half. So just pretty much cut that down the middle. Yes. And we're going to put one half into this one again. And then the other half I think. But a little bit a little bit more. And then the other half. Stay in this bowl. Stay in this bowl. And we're going to add in two tablespoons of strawberry jello. We're using this one right here. Strawberry. This going to make like a strawberry cheesecake. And a cup of sliced small strawberries. They are fresh strawberries. They're not here from Tennessee. Mm hmm. And you're going to mix this together. This is going to be your strawberry cheesecake filling. Yeah this is going to be one of our layers. So at after this part I know this is a lot to keep up track with. You're going to have this one right here and then you're going to have your other just regular cream cheese and cool whip or whipped topping right here. Yes. And what we're going to do is we're just going to set these to the side. We're going to put our crust out of the fridge. We'll get our crust out of the fridge. And we will post this recipe step by step. Yep because it's it's a long one. But it's going to be good. But you know it keeps you mind thinking. Yes. That's what's good today. Now we're going to put our strawberries on here. And you can place them if you want to. Just dump them though. Yeah I mean we've already killed up enough of your time. Yeah. We want to get this here. Oh lord and these strawberries are delicious. They they are fresh and so good. Okay, so now the first one you're going to do. You do the regular topping first, right? Do the regular topping. You got our red one? We got what? We can use. Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to just make sure we got it mixed up here. Okay. Okay. I'm going to put a I'm just kind of dolloping across. Oh I'm sorry Kim. Oh you're fine. Let me just I'm trying to get me some of my strawberry cheesecake over here on the edges. Mhm. Hm. Okay. Ooh. Then what you're going to do, we're going to put our cool whip on here. Dollop here and dollop there. Okay. If it has a little pink, I'm just using the same spatula. That's okay. That gives a little. I mean, I'm not taking this to church or anything so we're just going to have it here. Alright, this one's looking pretty good, Kim. Have to say.
