Squat wall jumps.  These are great for both cardio, and toning.  Go into a good squat form with your back 'set' and straight, your knees behind your toes, and in a fluid motion jump up as high as you can and touch the wall.  Make a mental note on where you touch the wall, or even better: AIM for something to jump up to on the wall.  Aim high!  Do 3 sets of 10 of these.  Add them to your workout every day and see how much better you get at them!! Fit, Exercise
