Let me show you how to make there I say a more delicious version. To achieve the perfect fudgy brownie. We're going to add three fourths cup of butter to a microwave safe full and then one and a/ 2 cup of granulated sugar and half a cup of brown sugar. Give this a light mix and then throw this in the microwave for 2 minutes. Once that's done, give this a stir until it's well combined. Careful taking it out of the microwave. It'll be hot and then throw it back in for another 30 seconds. Make sure your butter and mixture are completely cool before transferring into a larger bowl. From here, we're going to toss in three eggs and one egg yolk giving this a stir until it's well combined. To this mixture, we're going to add one tablespoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of salt, and then a/ 4 teaspoon of baking soda. Now, this next part is a little weird but stick with me. Two tablespoons of cornstarch. Go ahead and give this a good stir to make sure you get all the clumps out. This is what's going to help our brownies be super chewy. I also like to add a tablespoon of coffee. The coffee flavor completely bakes out but really enhance the flavor of the chocolate, I promise. Now we're going to add our dry ingredients in in batches. I'm using a cup of flour and a cup and a half of really good cocoa powder. You're going to want to fold this in until it becomes this nice thick batter. Be careful not to overmix. No one wants rock hard brownies. In a prepared 9 by 13 pan, toss in your batter, making sure to smooth out edge to edge and then always double check to make sure that your butter isn't poisoned and good thing it wasn't. We're going to bake this in a preheated 350 degree oven for twenty-four minutes. While that's baking, we'll quickly whip up our ganache made out of semi-sweet chocolate and heavy cream, I'll have that recipe in the comments below. Make sure your brownies are completely cool before pouring on our thickened ganache and spread this out edge to edge. Let this chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes before we top with those iconic rainbow chocolate chips.
