Thinking about maybe walling off the corner by the fridge and creating an actual pantry, kind of like this one. I also really like the idea of the door opening being diagonal, which would give me better usage of that corner space.

I've been toying with this idea for awhile now. The door for our under-the-stairs-storage area is in a pretty prominent place so a built in shelf/door is the perfect way to have add more useless (err, decorative) stuff to the area.
