Sonoma County, CA. Local historic Places.
Kenwood, CA., is a small unincorporated town between Sonoma, CA., which was once the County seat and the site of the Bear Flag Revolt, and Santa Rosa, which is the County Seat and the largest town in Sonoma County. Kenwood, on Hwy 12 in the Sonoma Valley (aka the Valley of the Moon) is where our California wine culture began in the 1800's. Visiting Kenwood is like going back in time. I love local history and will include pins from Santa Rosa to Napa. Welcome to the Wine Country!
