For this recipe, we'll need 700 grams of potatoes, start by cutting them into medium size pieces. Tell me which healthy dinner recipe you've already made at home. I'd love to know. Put the potatoes in a pot with water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, turn on the heat, and bring the water to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. I'm happy to hear you're loving our recipes. Here I have three chicken breasts. Cut them into dice. In a pan, add one tablespoon of olive oil, the onion, the chicken, season with salt, black pepper, half teaspoon of paprika, half teaspoon of garlic powder and fry for three to four minutes on medium high heat. Cut half green pepper and half red bell pepper into small pieces. Then place the chicken, stir, then add one tablespoon of tomato extract and let it fry for another three to four minutes and then remove the pan from the heat. The potatoes are already cooked. Season them with salt, black pepper, add 60 milliliters of milk and mash them. Grate 60 grams of mozzarella cheese and add some on top. Stir it to combine. In a baking pan, add one tablespoon of olive oil and spread it well with a brush. Rub a little olive oil on your hands. Take some of the mashed potatoes and roll them into balls. Then put them in the baking pan and make a hole in the center of the mashed potatoes with the help of a glass. Bake it in the oven at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Finally, stuff the mashed potatoes with the chicken that we prepared. Add the rest of the grated mozzarella cheese and bake at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
