Synergistic muscles: Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major, Posterior Deltoid, Middle and Lower Trapezius, Rhomboids, Infraspinatus, Teres Minor, Brachialis, Brachioradialis, and Sternal (Lower) Pectoralis Major. The Biceps Brachii and the Long Head of the Triceps Brachii act as dynamic stabilizers.
