Bright, appetizing, spinach roll with salmon
INGREDIENTS (28*20 cm mold): ✅ 150 g fresh spinach ✅ 3 eggs ✅ a pinch of salt ✅ 50 g flour ✅ 175 g cream cheese ✅ ~ 200 g lightly salted salmon ⠀ HOW TO MAKE: Soak spinach in water, drain after a minute. Let it cool, add egg yolks, and blend until smooth. Add sifted flour and mix. Whip egg whites with salt until stiff peaks and gradually fold into the batter. Pour onto a parchment-lined tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. After cooling, cover with a layer of cream cheese and a layer of salmon. Roll tightly, wrap with food film, and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Enjoy! 😘 ⠀

45min · 7 servings 𝑰𝑵𝑮𝑹𝑬𝑫𝑰𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑰 per 6/7 flan: • 350 g di zucchine pesate crude • 2 uova • 70 g di parmigiano grattugiato • 40 ml di latte • Sale • Pepe • 60 g di Galbanino • 70 ml di latte • 130 g di pecorino grattugiato 𝑷𝑹𝑶𝑪𝑬𝑫𝑰𝑴𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑶: • Lavate e tagliate a tocchetti le zucchine e cuocetele in padella con un giro d’olio fino a quando risulteranno tenere. • Una volta pronte versatele in una ciotola e aggiungete le uova, il parmigiano grattugiato, il sale e il pepe. Frullate gli ingredienti e unite il latte. • Versate il composto nei pirottini in precedenza imburrati e cosparsi con il pangrattato e posizionate al centro un pezzo di formaggio a pasta filata. • Disponete i flan in una teglia con acqua calda e cuoceteli in forno ventilato preriscaldat
