Will it be obvious where a guest should park? If not, event parking should have clear signage. Balloons help to draw attention to your signage, and can be used as bread crumbs to guide your guests from parking to your event venue. Think through their parking experience. Is this a formal event, and will folks be wearing uncomfortable or fancy shoes? Consider valet parking or golf cart service if your guests will need to walk more than few minutes from their parking spots.
