Stampin' Up! Card by Linda Aarhus at Polka Dots and Paper

I tweaked the panel to a double frame and made 'lace' corners instead of photo corners. I put two different size frames together and popped up with foam tape. I die cut the corners 4 times and spray glued two together for depth. A sentiment, flowers and pearls to finish. TFL
