Very Berry Cheesecake Salad. Easy, and would be great for "oh, just bring a side dish" type of events. Very easy, very good. The worst part is prepping the strawberries. Comes together quick and tastes great. It does travel well when kept cool and you can keep it in the fridge for awhile instead of "serving right away." I wouldn't make it more than a day in advance though.
