Adele is speaking to how her priorities are with her career as a singer and not to fit some image that people have of being a celebrity. She is a feminist to me because she is putting her desires and dreams before other peoples expectations of what a female singer/star should be. Being a feminist to me is doing what you want with your life and body, Adele is doing just that.
