Traffic light management tool. All students start on green at the start of the day. They can move to yellow/orange if they need to 'stop and think about their choices' and to red if they continue to make bad choices. Red usually comes with a bad consequence such as loss of play time. Students can move back to green if behaviour improves. Whole class reward usually follows if students stay on green (entry into class raffle etc).
