Mastiha is a solidified plant resin found on the Greek island of Chios. It has a unique flavour and scent reminiscent of pine and musk. It’s wonderful flavour works beautifully in this refreshing ice cream, which is made with crispy Kataifi Pastry drizzled with a Mastiha liqueur syrup (Mastiha liqueur is readily available in liquor stores).
