Ingredients: -500g gnocchi, uncooked -2 tbsp butter -2 cloves garlic, minced -1/2 cup pesto (store bought or homemade) -1 cup heavy cream -1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (plus more for serving) -Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Cook gnocchi according to the directions on the package. 2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet on medium. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes). 3. Add the pesto, cream, and parmesan cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is thick. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5.
