Multi Quire Codex based on Codex B, in Chester Beatty Library, Dublin. Structure was earliest multi quire codex, bound on wooden boards. Books have stamped leather spines & multiple leather slips, leather wrapping bands, ends w/ decorated bone slips & large decorative book markers. I used Pamela Spitzmueller instructions in a 2007 PBI handout, based on reconstruction by Charles Lamacraft, restorer @ the British Museum. Also used J.A.
