Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
⬇️ingredient⬇️ - 56g salted butter (melted and cooled) - 66g brown sugar - 50g granulated or superfine sugar - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract - 41g yogurt - 25g cocoa powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/4 tsp coffee powder - 80g all-purpose flour - 80g chopped chocolate Directions: 1. In a bowl, whisk together the melted, cooled butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined. 2. Add vanilla extract and yogurt. Mix until smooth. 3. Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, coffee powder, and flour. Mix to form a dough. 4. Fold in chopped chocolate until evenly distributed. 5. Chill the dough for 20–30 minutes. 6. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). 7. Scoop out portions of dough and place on a lined baking tray, leaving space between each. 8. Bake for 10–12 minute
