pages: 168 | 4/5 third yukio mishima book and it ended too abruptly for me to be another five star, as star had been (pun intended), still it's admittedly one of the best post war japanese literature that i have read, especially with its raw queerness (another pun) that reads like a diary. (asian literature, japanese books, short fiction)
