2nd grade Picasso portraits. Students were introduced to the cubist portraits of Pablo Picasso. They learned that he became famous because he invented new ways of making art and that in these portraits he uses very creative ways to show us how people are feeling. We used cut papers and and oil pastels to create these self-portraits in the wild and crazy style of Pablo Picasso.
