I had to make us of what was in the freezer. I cooked some chicken breasts coated in Thai-inspired spices and flavoring. It wasn't too bad I guess except for the raw part near the bone. I had to blame myself for putting too much sugar in the sauce which caused the skin to cook (and burn) faster than the meat. Lesson learned.
Forgive the photo quality but here are some chocolate chips cookies! It's been a while since I've baked this classic goodies. Always remember never to melt the butter too much unless the recipe calls for it haha.
