Apple Bun ingredients: Cream cheese apple filling, 400g apple(diced) 100g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar 1.25g (1/4 tsp) kosher slat 1 tbsp fresh lemon zest 15ml (1 tbsp) fresh lemon juice 500g (2 cup) cream cheese Apple bun Dough, 450g bread flour 2.5g (1/2 tsp) koshersalt 360ml (1+1/2 cup) warm 2% milk 7g (2+1/4 tsp) active dry yeast 50g(1/4 cup) granulated sugar 20g(3 tbsp) ground red yeast rice 58g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter (room temperature) Bake to 300F 149C for 20-25 minutes.
