easy mac & cheese: • melt 4 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat • once melted and fragrant, add 4 tbsp of flour and whisk until combined • slowly add 2 cups of milk and continue stirring • let the mixture thicken and season with salt, pepper, and paprika • remove from the heat and add 1 cup of freshly grated cheddar and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice) • add reserved pasta water to the cheese mixture as needed • add cooked pasta into the cheese and combine until creamy

We made the Viral Pasta Salad by and all we have to say is RUN to get the ingredients 🤤 This was truly a 10/10! Here’s how we made it: - 1 box colored rotini pasta, cooked and cooled - 1 cup English cucumber, diced - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered - 1/2 red onion, diced - 1/3 cup kalamata olives, halved (our addition) - 1/3 cup pepperonicini peppers, sliced (our addition) - 4.5 oz salami, chopped (our addition) - 4 oz provolone cheese, cubed (our addition) - Salad Supreme Seasoning, to taste but use a heavy hand - 16oz Olive Garden Signature Italian Dressing 1.
