FRIED RICE recipe~4C COLD cooked rice, 3-4Tbs oil,3-4 beaten eggs,3/4 C frozen pea/carrot blend, 2 green onion chopped fine,1tsp salt, pepper to taste, 3-4 Tbs soy sauce. Heat oil on high in wok, stir fry rice til well heated through. Make well in center and scramble eggs with salt and pepper. Add froz veggies, onion stri fry 1-2 min til veggies cooked. Add soy sauce, enjoy! =)
