Rare pattern of mid century Scandinavian kitchenware from the 1960s! Made by CathrineHolm of Norway. Designed by Grete Prytz Kittelsen. It is not marked, and I cannot find another like this listed ANYWHERE! Because of the shape and the handle, I believe it to be CathrineHom, but it is not marked.

ON SALE - Was $55 / Now $48 Lovely orange Cathrineholm enalmelware 4 1/2 Qt. Dutch oven. Measures - 9 3/4" rim to rim, 8" interior diameter, 3 1/2" depth. Excellent vintage condition. There is a small chip in the enamel on the interior rim - as highlighted in the third image. Cathrineholm was an ironworks located near the town of Halden in Norway. A never used piece of enameled cookware from Lincoware, still with original instructions. This is a beautiful, 4 quart covered casserole, with a lovely fruit design on cream enamel decor, brass handles and rim. A beautiful cooking/serving piece; perfect for display or cooking! That's the good news- the bad news is that although it's never been used, it does have a flaw in the enamel; See photo 5- there is a skip in the design on the orange.
