FMD Phase 3 breakfast bars: Add 2 cups oats and 1/4 cup coconut to pan with 2 tbs melted 85% dark chocolate, 2 tbs coconut milk,  3 tbs nut butter (home made walnut/almond), press in tray and refrigerate)- sooo good with some crushed berries!!!
