Layer cheap plastic beads in a cake pan (no lining required), melt at 400° for 20 minutes, let cool, then just flip it out. Drill a hole to make a Sun catcher or coasters, add various sized pipes for a wind chime. Unbreakable but looks like glass. You can also use metal cookie cutters to make designs or shaped cake pans. WARNING: BUY NON TOXIC BEADS OR HAVE EXCELLENT VENTILATION

PVC organization - all you need is a piece of wood (stained or left raw) and then 2" pipe cut at a slant and screwed onto the board.

PVC tool holder/caddy (this one's used in my stained glass studio). Made from 2.5" lengths of 1" PVC pipe attached to MDF with screws. Each piece of PVC was angle cut at one end so the screw was easily accessed.
