Joyce Mrad on Instagram: "Flower-Shaped Mille Feuille Ingredients: •1 package Puff pastry sheets •Pastry cream: •1 1/2 cups whole milk •1 vanilla bean, split and scraped •1/2 cup sugar, divided •1/4 cup cornstarch •6 large egg yolks •3/4 cup heavy cream Method: Pastry Cream: 1. Simmer milk, vanilla bean, and half of the sugar in a pot. 2. In a bowl, whisk cornstarch, remaining sugar, and egg yolks. 3. Gradually whisk in the warm milk mixture. 4. Return to pot, cook until it boils (3-5 minutes), stirring constantly. 5. Strain, cover with plastic wrap, and chill. 6. Whip cream to medium peaks and fold into cooled pastry cream. Transfer to a pastry bag. Puff Pastry Flower: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2. Unroll pastry dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and roll. 3. Cut into 4 equal pieces

Foodie | Recipe | Delicious on Instagram: "RASPBERRY CRUMBLE BARS Ingredients: Shortbread: • 225g salted butter, softened • 120g granulated sugar • 320g plain flour Filling: • 230g frozen raspberries • 150g raspberry jam • 60g granulated sugar • 3 tbsp cornflour • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan). Grease or line an 8x8 inch baking tin. 2. Cream softened butter and granulated sugar. Mix in plain flour to form a dough. 3.
