Vegan Pumpkin Chickpea Burger Recipe for 4 Burger For 4 patties: 250 g cooked pumpkin 230 g oat flakes 160 g chickpeas 1 tbsp mustard 1 onion Bunch of fresh parsley 1 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp paprika powder 2 tbsp agave syrup 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp salt Topping: 4 burger buns Spicy hummus Grilled vegetables Caramelized onions Vegan mayo Preparation: 1. Cook the pumpkin for 10 minutes until soft 2. Pour the chickpeas into a bowl and mash until soft 3. Add the cooked pumpkin and all the other ingredients for the patties. Knead everything into a dough by hand. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes 4. Form the dough into 4 patties (190 g each). Fry on both sides until golden brown 5. Top the burgers and enjoy
