Shamelessly jumping on the Custard Yogurt Toast here! It’s super simple and really quite tasty! I used brioche bread, not because I was trying to be boujee it’s just what I had in the freezer! You’ll need; • Half a cup of yogurt • 1 egg • Pinch of cinnamon • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1/2 tsp vanilla • Fruit of choice • In my case the mixture covered 3 slices of brioche but if you use regular bread 2 slices should do it. Mix together the yogurt, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup. Using the back of a spoon make an indentation in the bread, spoon on the yogurt and top with fruit. 🥣🍰Healthy 4 ingredients Yoghurt cake @healthy_floflo Ingredients for 6-8 small slices: ▪️300g thick Greek yoghurt (I used 5% @fage_uk )* ▪️50ml honey ▪️20g cornflour (~2 tbsp) ▪️2 eggs Instructions: 🍰In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until you form a smooth batter. 🍰In a round baking tin (15cm/6 inches) add some baking paper and pour the batter. Give it a tap/ little shake so it distributes evenly and then add a piece of foil to cover it. 🍰Bake at 180C for 50 mins (remove the foil after 20 minutes). 🍰Once the cake is out of the oven let it cool down into the tin for 20 minutes then transfer it to a plate

Мякоть авокадо разминаем, приправляем солью и перцем и заливаем лимонным соком, чтобы авокадо не потемнел. Добавляем томаты, немного лука,нарезанные мелким кубиком. Поджариваем кусочки багета, на хрустящий багет выкладываем намазку из авокадо и сверху выкладываем креветки.
