Video by @ne_pp_mama_ 👏 INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 10g gelatin (220 bloom) 150g white chocolate 100g condensed milk 150g glucose syrup 150g sugar 75g water COOKING INSTRUCTIONS ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ✔️ Bring the syrup (water, sugar and glucose) to a boil. ✔️ Remove it from the heat, and add the pre-saoked gelatin. ✔️ Combine the chocolate with the condensed milk, and add the syrup. ✔️ Mash the glaze with a blender.
