Simplicity in design/engineering. At 600' tall, the forthcoming 432 Park Avenue in New York City (designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, engineering by WSP Cantor Seinuk, expected completion in 2015) features a robust core and a load-bearing facade "frame" comprised of columns and beams that house 10' x 10' square windows. Aside from those structural elements, the interiors are free of all structures and partitions.
