15min Ingredients • 160g all purpose flour • 100g quinoa flakes • 1 tsp baking soda • 1/4 tsp pink salt • 170g butter of choice • 100g brown sugar • 100g granulated sugar • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 2-3 tbsp milk In a large bowl, whisk the room temperature butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until no lumps remain. Whisk in the milk and vanilla extract. Add in dry ingredients and mix to combine.
