This is the lower sodium variety and now you're just going to spread that out on the bottom of your dish and there's no reason to be afraid of canned chicken y'all. It is a good source of protein and it's low calorie and we're going to add some frozen and thawed broccoli Just spread that out. Now, you're going to take one can of cream of mushroom soup. Now, this is the healthy request kind which means it's got less fat, less calories, and less sodium. Now, you're going to take one cup of milk. I'm using the organic kind. Let me know in the comments if you use organic or do you think it's not worth the extra cost and we're going to mix that up and you're just going to pour this over the top. Now, you're going to add one whole box of chicken-flavored stuffing mix. Spread that down with your hands, pressing it into your soup and milk mixture. Perfect. Now, you're just going to take some melted butter and we're just going to drizzle that over the top And would you do me a favor and in the fridge would you grab me the cheese? There's some provolone on the top. Like the pro Alright. There it is. Provolone right on top. Good. Great. Now, I chose the provolone because it gives you a nice smoky flavor but you could also use Swiss if you prefer. I guess you could even use cheddars, cheddar dough and mushroom. We are just going to go with the provolone. If you haven't tried it, you need to and we're just going to spread this around all over the top and they got room for one more piece and then we're going to pop that in the oven and this is going to bake for about 20 minutes. Just enough really to melt that cheese and cook the stuffing and I've got my oven set to three hundred and seventy-five. This will be a fun one to try. It is ready. I can't wait to try this now. It's the first time you've ever actually done this particular recipe. It's one of those whenever you're like, what am I going to make for dinner and you just see what's in your pantry. You can throw it together and you've got dinner in no time. Alright, let's do it. Alright, this is exciting. So, I like the fact that the cheese is a little bit toasty on top. You don't have to cook it that long if you prefer for it not to be toasty but I think that's going to give it a nice flavor. I already smell that mushroom too. You're going to top that with some Colby Jack cheese. Now, you're going to take some fresh pork chops and those are going to go directly on top of our scalloped potatoes There we go. Now you're going to take one ten ounce can of cream of mushroom soup. Perfect and to that, we're going to add that packet of seasoning mix that came with the scallop potatoes. You'll have two since we use two boxes and then, we're going to add two and 1/ 2 cups of milk. And I also need some sour cream there's some in the fridge would you grab that for me sour cream sure yes we go. Oh, there it is. Sour cream right here, light. Thank you. We're going to end up using a half cup of sour cream as well. We're going to go ahead and start to mix this up and now, you're going to take about a half cup of sour cream. Alright, we got that mixed up thoroughly. Now, we're going to take this liquid and pour it right on top. Just like that. We're going to make sure that it covers everything. Get it saturating our pork and all over the potatoes. Alright, now it's ready to go in the oven. I've got it preheated to 400 degrees and we're going to cook this for about 30 minutes because these pork chops are nice and thin but if you got thicker chops, we'll cook it a little bit longer. We still got one more yummy ingredient to go on top. While that's baking, Jax and I want to see if you can get the middle of the day right. What goes up and down the stairs without moving. I can't wait to try this one. Look at that. That looks good. Those crispy onions look perfect. Now, we've got our scallop potatoes. They're nice and cheesy. We've got our cream of mushroom soup but if you don't like those, you could make your own. Of course, we got our pork chops. I'm just going to go right in and dig in and get this one out right here. Nice and creamy potatoes. Look at that. We got nice and steamy. I lost some onions there. Those potatoes are cooked nicely though. And there's our pork. Okay. I'm going to fish out some of these crispy onions because I like those. Alright. Now that looks great. Ooh look at that steam coming off. This is going to be nice. RECIPE - Makes 12 INGREDIENTS: 4 zero carb tortillas *I used Hero tortillas 6 eggs 1 cup heavy cream 2 Tbsp butter 1 cup broccoli, chopped 1/4 of a red bell pepper, diced 1/4 of a yellow bell pepper, diced 1/4 of an orange bell pepper, diced 1 green onion, sliced 1 cup of ham, cubed 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese DIRECTIONS: 1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add in the broccoli, onions and peppers and sauté for 5-10 minutes until tender. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 5. Brush some water on the edge of a tortilla and then roll it up loosely. Pinch the seams to seal. 6. Trim the ends off and then cut it into thirds. 7. Grease a muffin tin and then place each tortilla roll-up in a muffin cup. 8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas until you have all 12 muffin cups filled. 9. Whisk the eggs and heavy cream in a large bowl and then stir in the cooked veggies, cubed ham, salt, pepper and garlic powder. 10. Pour the egg mixture into the middle of each tortilla roll-up. *It is ok if the mixture goes around the outer edge of the tortilla. 11. Top each one with the Colby Jack cheese and then bake for about 35 minutes. So, we're going to add about two to 3 cups. Uh measure with your heart. That's what I always do. So, we're just going to see here. We just want to see. I'm going to pour it on top. Depends on how sauce you like your stew. Alright. Fred likes it real liquidy so we don't I'm going to give it a little mix here. I have to show y'all one day. But look now he's like holding my hand. No he's like let me go say hi to my friend. I don't know what should I name the Stray Cat y'all. I think it's a girl but I ain't sure. Anyways beef stew. This has been cooking on hot for about 4 hours. Alright y'all. So it's real hot. Um I usually like to serve this with rice but I ain't going to lie. I didn't make any because I forgot. I was too busy and that's it. So we're going to put some in our bowl. We're going to try it y'all. I think it's going to be delicious. This is hearty and yummy. Perfect for winter. And you know what? It's just good. That's it. It taste good. And that's it. I'm going to I just today this is my thing. Filling my bowl as high as I can. Alright y'all it's going to be so hot. So you know what y'all? I'm going to burn my tongue if I eat this.
