Workout: 5 exercises 3-4 rounds 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest 1min20 between rounds ⚔️ Burpees ⚔️ Leg raises ⚔️ Fast knees with pause ⚔️ Press ups (on knees is fine too!) ⚔️ Squat jump as high as possible, 3 sec hold at bottom each rep If you can’t do 40 seconds, lower it to any amount you can do and slowly build yourself up!
