Blend the tea, 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup frozen mango chunks  3-5 ice cubes until smooth. 1 smoothie = 190 calories  10 grams filling protein

This would be ZERO WW PointsPlus! Yum!.... tried this with frozen peaches and strawberries instead of using ice. And used Ginger ale 10 instead of 7up.. delicious!
