Water Taxi: Sit on kickboard, arms at sides, legs dangling. Flex and extend alternating legs, while moving arms front to back (as shown), to motor around pool. Continue for one minute. Rest 30 seconds; repeat up to three times.  Technique tip Finding the rhythm can be tricky at first. To help get the momentum, imagine you're pedaling a bicycle and mimic the movement.
