35min · 4 servings Recipe: • RECIPE (4 servings, 35min prep time): • -1 butternut squash or your favorite pumpkin, halved and seeds removed • -1 head of garlic • Drizzle with oil and roast at 180C/360F for 25mins. • Then scoop out the flesh and squeeze the roasted garlic in a blender. • -2 cups (500ml) water or plant milk • -salt to taste • -2 Tsp paprika • -1 Tsp chili powder • -juice of 1/2 lemon • Blend until smooth • -375g pasta • Boil until al dente. • Mix pasta, the sauce and some pasta water, serve.
