Home made Ponzu Sauce // ¾ c mirin ½ c rice wine vinegar 4 T soy sauce ½ c bonito flakes 1 T fresh lime zest 1 T fresh lemon juice 1 T fresh orange juice 2 T fresh lime juice Mix mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, lime zest & bonito flakes & bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from the heat and let cool. Pour the sauce through a strainer into a bowl and discard the solids. Mix in the citrus juices. Can be stored in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
