ΔΙΑΒΑΣΤΕ ΜΙΑ ΠΡΟΣΩΠΙΚΗ ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΠΟΣΟ ΦΟΒΟΥΝΤΑΙ ΟΙ ΔΑΙΜΟΝΕΣ ΤΗΝ ΠΑΝΑΓΙΑ Μια Κυριακή πήγα να λειτουργηθώ σε έναν ναό. Ήμουν μαθήτρια τότε. Μετά το ανάγνωσμα του Ευαγγελίου ακολούθησε ένα πολύ όμορφο κήρυγμα του ιερέα περί μετανοίας και της δύναμης της θείας Κοινωνίας! Όλος ο κόσμος που εκκλησιάστηκε εκεί πραγματικά συγκινήθηκε, μετανόησε και με πολύ σεβασμό στάθηκε να προσευχηθεί την ώρα που τα άγια περνούσαν από δίπλα τους. Έσκυψα κι εγώ από ευλάβεια και προσευχόμουν… Την ώρα εκείνη…

Όπως θα ξέρεις, φτάσαμε ξανά στην ημερομηνία των γενεθλίων μου. Κάθε χρόνο γίνεται γιορτή προς τιμήν μου, έτσι κι εφέτος. Αυτές τις μέρες ο κόσμος κάνει πολλά ψώνια, γίνονται διαφημίσεις στο ράδιο, την τηλεόραση, το Διαδίκτυο και παντού κανείς δεν μιλά για κάτι άλλο εκτός από το τι λείπει μέχρι να έρθει εκείνη η μέρα... Our workshop has been working on Byzantine icon painting since 1984. Our handmade icons are made using the traditional Byzantine technique with a background of 23 carat gold sheets and egg based tempera paints.
