Casa Batlló
Casa Batlló -- built between 1904 and 1906, as architected by Antoni Gaudí, one of many of his buildings in Barcelona (official site: www.casabatllo.es/en). Gaudí gave Casa Batlló a facade that is original, fantastical and full of imagination. He anticipates architectural change to rationalism, of 30 years later, with its modern notion of ventilation.
