bringing back the carrot fries recipe: 500 g carrots 1 tosp cornstarch 2 tbsp oil 2 tsp paprika powder 2 tsp onion powder ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp cayenne powder 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper Method: Cut the carrots in 4 stripes and place them in a large bowl. Add the cornstarch. Make sure all the carrot pieces are fully covered. Add the oil, paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
