DFLEX, by Power Systems(R). These dorsiflex resistance bands develop proper running position when working on speed training and technique. Bands keep the feet in knee-up, heel-up, toe-up positions. Front shin strap pulls toe in the dorsiflex position, making them great for use in agility, quickness, and plyometric training. NOTE: These are now hard to find. This app is called Ease into 5K (though originally it was called Couch to 5K [c25k]).  I started this in 08/2011 and have been running a 5K (and a 7K!) every month since 09/2011. I'm currently wrapping up the Bridge to 10K app and will start Hal Hidgon's Half-marathon 2 program at the end of April. I highly recommend the apps!
