Woman’s costume from Kavakli, Thrace. The Kavakli district in Eastern Rumelia is now part of Bulgaria. 19th-20th century. Museum of Greek Folk Art, Athens, Greece. [] With some variations, this costume was the festival dress worn by married as well as single women.
