Best tutorial I've seen for wainscoting for your playroom.  Use 1/4" MDF.  Buy 4'x8' sheets and have Lowe's cut them into strips the width you want.  No problems with warped boards and much  cheaper than wood.  @Jenny Freehardt

FIND THE CENTER: I recommend finding the center of each wall, mark it, and center one frame at that point. Arrange all your frames outward from that center point. This ended up creating about appx. a 6 inch space between each frame. Again, the spacing is up to you, there are no official rules.
