I'm Looking for some tyoe of exercise that is enjoyable. Stand Up Paddle Boards look like so much fun, I've heard they're quite challenging to get the hang of first. I'm hoping to get paddle boards next year and spend as much time as possible at the lake.

Paddle boarding is a great all over body workout. Head to toe, every muscle is engaged in balancing on the board or during the paddle stroke with the bulk of the effort being done by the body's 'core' muscles.
