Using a fork, cut the butter into the almond flour mixture.In a sep. bowl, whisk eggs Add eggs to the almond flour mixture. Mix well (but lightly). Pour mixture into 8 greased Muffin pan wells. Bake at 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cheese would be good in these, too.
