Looks weird but it's very tasty! Legume is a widely used product by the Cyclades islands population and supposed to have not only highly nutritional but also anti-aging qualities. This one was served by an 80-year old Greek sailor man and cooked by his wife, the same age. You can try it in salads, cooked like stew or shaped in deep-fried balls.
