Forró serpenyőben, olajon pár percig elősütöm a hússzeleteket. A visszamaradt zsiradékra dobom a felaprított hagymát, néhány keverés után jöhet rá a pirospaprika, majd a liszt is. Felöltöm az alaplével és csomómentesre keverem. A tejfölt és a tejet elkeverem és ezzel öntöm fel a szószt. Végül majorannával, sóval, borssal ízesítem és belepakolom az elősütött húsokat. Így főzöm még alacsony lángon, kb 10-15 percig. Közben a csomagoláson jelzettek szerint elkészítem a tésztát.
