This series is simple but so effective. I am really able to isolate the obliques and lats here . I imagine drawing the shoulder blade to my hip bone to really cinch my waistline. I find it more effect if I cross my opposite leg behind. It's important to not pull with your arms and to keep the shoulders over your hands.
