Today (Wed. Oct. 12) the cruise liner MSC Opera docked at Thessaloniki's harbor carrying 2126 passengers and a crew of 738.  The MSC Opera's last port of call was Piraeus, with most passengers originating from other European countries, chiefly Italy, Germany, and Switzerland. Today's program for the passengers include a side trip to Ancient Dion, and a guided tour of Thessaloniki, with a departure time at 7 PM for Costanta, Romania.
